Grape varieties :
60% Syrah – 40% Grenache Noir
The vineyards are situated on old schist and limestone terraces oriented towards the south.
Tasting notes :
This dark red wine, with aromas of violet and liquorice is fleshy and soft in the mouth.
De-stemmed harvest, maceration during 8 to 10 days with temperature control between 25 and 30°C.
Serving suggestions :
This wine is perfect with duck fillets, grilled beef or mature cheese.
Serve at 16°C.
