Tasting notes :
Fat and round on the palate, this wine develops on the nose with aromas of vanilla, green pepper and blackcurrants. The tannins are wrapped, giving the whole a feeling of fullness and smoothness.
100% de-stemming, alcoholic fermentation at 28-30°C. An average of 18 days maceration.
Serving suggestions :
Goes well with red meats, game and cheeses.
Best served from 18° to 20°C.
