Tasting notes :

Pale pink robe with bright glints. The nose expresses soft tones of red fruit and flowers. Its delicate fragrances give this wine good balance of acidity on the palate.

Vinification :

Maturity at about 12°C. 100% destemming. Vintage temperature kept to 5°C. Pneumatic press. 36-hour settling at 8°C.

Fermentation between 17 and 18 °C for approximately 2 weeks.

Serving suggestions :

The perfect wine to accompany salads, pizzas and savoury pies.

Best drinking time, within the year, to enjoy the aromatic freshness of this wine.

Best served from 8° to 9°C.
