Chantarel – Chardonnay
Pays d’Oc IGP
Tasting notes :
Brillant, pale yellow hue, the colour of golden straw. The wine has a powerful yet delicate nose of honey and flowers.
On the palate, the wine is smooth, with a good acidity and a well-balanced finish.
Cold “pellicular maceration” or maceration on the skins to give a sensation of creaminess. Cold settling to optimise the delicacy and clarity of the aromas. Fermentation at a temperature between 12 and 13°C.
Serving suggestions :
Fares well with fish, poultry, and white meats, or enjoy it as a sociable drink on its own.
Best drinking time within the year, to enjoy the aromatic freshness of the wine.
Serve at 10-12°C.
