Description :

Chalky-clay soil.

Vinification :

Direct pressing after skin maceration . Natural racking by decantation. Fermentation in tank at 16°C. Bottling 3 months after vinification. Maturing in cellars at regulated temperature of 16°C.

Grape varieties :

60% Syrah – 40% Grenache organic

Tasting notes :

Deep and strong colour, dark garnet red with purple glints. The nose  develops liquorice scents, then aromas typical of a mature Syrah : black currant and blackberry. In the mouth, the wine is well-balanced with silky tannins.


Serving suggestions :

Perfect with red meat, dishes in sauce and game, or specialities from the south of France: confits, cassoulets…

Best served from 18 to 20°C
