Skin maceration followed by regulated temperature fermentation.
Tasting notes :
Crystal colour, with pale green-yellow hints. Fruity on the nose, notes of citrus fruits and broom add complexity to the first impression. On the palate, a fresh attack balanced by roundness and a soft floral finish.
Serving suggestions :
Goes perfectly with grilled fish, shellfish and starters, or on its own as an aperitif.
Serve at 10-12°C.
