Juice extraction by devatting to ensure colour quality. Cold racking to optimize colour, intensity and freshness of aromas. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 20°C.
Grape varieties :
80% Carignan – 20% Cinsault
Tasting notes :
Nice bright pink colour. Nose offering strong notes of strawberry and white flowers. On the palate, good balance and freshness lasting in the mouth.
Serving suggestions :
Goes perfectly with salads, pizzas and all your summer meals.
Serve at 10-12°C.
