This Syrah has a complex structure, and can give different sensations. Leather, blackcurrant, liquorice, spices are more or less dominent depending on the occasion.
100% de-stemming, alcoholic fermentation at 28-30°C. An average of 18 days maceration.

Serve at 18°C.
