The site of Chantovent

Located at Bonnières on the banks of the River Seine, in the Paris Region, the site of Chantovent is the second bottling plant in the Group for PET bottles, glass bottles 75cl & 100cl, and Bag in Box wine containers.

Our site is 27,160m² large in total of which 12,000m² is covered. The total bottling capacity is 140,000 bottles/day and the production of 1.5ltr PET bottles is 70,000 units per day. The fermenting room has the capacity to store 30,000 hectolitres in 69 vats.

We have 4 bottling lines.

• – 1 high throughput bottling line for 1 litre and 0,75 litre glass bottles
• – 2 high throughput bottling line for PET bottles
• – 1 Bag-In-Box filling/packaging line

The amount of wine bottled per year is 220,000hL.

The storage capacity is 2 million bottles.

Our analytical testing laboratory has the necessary microbiological testing equipment as well as a fully automated physico-chemical analyser system under the supervision of an oenology laboratory manager.
