This old vineyard, cultivated with old, offers structured and elegant wines.
Tasting notes :

This typical Minervois is deep in colour, with purple hints.
It has a spicy and peppery nose with fruit brandy notes.
The tannins are very present but silky.
Vinification :

Manual harvest and carbonic maceration.
Serving suggestions :

Serve this rich wine with typical Mediterranean dishes.
Serve at 15-17°C.
