Quaternary terraces and altitude areas of The Petit Causse with chalky soil enjoying a semi-arid Mediterranean climate with wild winters.

Vinification :

Direct pressing after skin maceration. Natural racking by decantation. Fermentation in tank at 18°C. Bottling 3 months after winemaking in order to keep all aromas. Maturing in cellars at regulated temperature of 16°C.

Grape varieties :

50% Syrah – 30% Grenache – 20% Cinsault

Tasting notes :

Partridge-eye colour. Young nose of red fruits : blackcurrants and raspberries. Frank attack in mouth followed by a note of acidity. Good persistence and length in mouth.


Serving suggestions :

It will go perfectly with all entrées, pizzas, paellas and grilled fish or in sauce.

Serve at 8-9°C.
