Fruity on the nose, notes of citrus fruits and broom add complexity to the first impression.
On the palate, a fresh attack balanced by roundness and a soft floral finish. -
Vinification :
Skin maceration followed by regulated temperature fermentation.

Serving suggestions :
Goes perfectly with grilled fish, shellfish and starters, or on its own as an aperitif.
Serve at 10-12°C.
