All the 1,700 winegrowers are proud of their wine; they wish to protect and perpetuate thousands of years of quality.
7,000 hectares, the vineyard is vast, 400,000 hectolitres, production is rich.
Controlled farming has been practised for many years for the protection of the environment and promotion of the finest products.
 Our producers have set up a "Sélection du Terroir" Charter, which defines vinification methods and ageing conditions. The Charter is there to guarantee quality and traceability, from year to year by monitoring all stages of production observing tradition for the satisfaction of our customers.
For us, variety goes hand-in-hand with quality; traceability ensures transparency by keeping track of all operations, from vineyard to cellar.
Satisfying our customers, both here and abroad, is our ongoing priority.
To keep and improve our partnership with our clients, we have committed ourselves for several years to a quality certification.
Our quality management system based on ISO 9001 vs 2000 was set up in 2003 and approved again in 2006 by the AFAQ certification.
Our ambition is to be a quality reference for the Languedoc producers.

The aim of these approaches (charter and certification) is to guarantee our intention to optimize the quality of our wines and services, through stringent procedures defining our organization and methods, with the total involvement of each and every one of us: from vineyard to transport, from analysis laboratory to bottling chain. Before being marketed, our products undergo numerous checks carried out by various operators, our laboratory and the quality department; the wine is analysed and tasted at various stages of the process. Products are controlled during production and before shipment.
