100% Chardonnay

Tasting notes :

This buttery Chardonnay was fermented at low temperature and matured on fine lees, an elegant nose confirmed by a well balanced palate.

Vinification :

Harvest maturity between 11 and 13°C. 50% direct pressing and 50% skin maceration. Cold racking. Winemaking under controlled temperature of 17°C.

Serving suggestions :

Goes well with saucy fish dishes. This wine is also an excellent “aperitif” if served slightly chillier.

Serve at 10-12°C.
