    Mechanical harvesting during the night in order to
    guarantee the freshness of the grapes. The 3 grape
    varieties are vinified separately. Cold maceration
    before fermentation. Fermentation on skins for 2
    weeks before light pressing. No ageing.

    It goes perfectly with meat dishes and lightly spiced
