This well-structured and full-bodied wine has an intense, concentrated aroma with a hint of vanilla, green peppers and blackcurrants.
The palate is rich and meaty.
The well-balanced finish is soft and round. -
Vinification :
100% destemming to eliminate the astringent characteristics of the stalks.
Alcohol fermentation between 28 and 30°C.
Maceration between 10 and 20 days.
This phase is responsible for the perfect colour, both in terms of intensity and quality. -
Serving suggestions :
Goes very well with red meat, game and mature cheese.
Serve at 15-17°C.
