    Chrystal – clear colour with pale yellow – green glints.
    The wine is crisp, fresh and aromatic in style with a classic gooseberry nose and character.
    The palate is lively and the finish is clean and fruity.

  • Vinification :

    50% direct press and 50% maceration on the skins, or “pellicular maceration”, to preserve a maximum of aromas.
    Cold settling to optimise the frank expression and delicacy of the aromas.
    Vinification with temperature control at 17°C.

  • Serving suggestions :

    Perfect with entrees, salads, fish or on its own, as an aperitif.
    Best drinking time within the year, to enjoy all the aromatic freshness of the wine.
    Serve at 10-12°C.
