Very deep colour, with black hints.
A rich nose marked by aromas of very ripe fruit (strawberry jam) and vanilla.
In the mouth, the wine is rich, full and round.
A sensation of fleshy softness dominates with persistent aromas of spice and oak.
100% de-stemming, maceration at controlled temperature (25-30°C).
Fermentation for 3 weeks, 60% of the wine aged in oak for 12 months.
Serving suggestions :
Ideal with red meat and game.
Serve at 18-20°C.
