    Juice extraction by devatting to ensure colour quality.
    Cold racking to optimize colour, intensity and freshness of aromas.
    Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 20°C.

  • Serving suggestions :

    Goes perfectly with salads, pizzas and all your summer meals.
    Serve at 10-12°C.
